June Noms

Hey everyone! Sorry I’ve been so MIA on the blog last month, I was just very busy with school and exams. D: I praise all the bloggers that managed to keep their posts consistent alongside studying.. I have no idea how they do it. Please teach me your waysss! Anyways, it’s already July but better late than never, so here’s my Noms of June. I apologize for the lack of variety too- I went out a lot more after school ended and you know, you gotta celebrate (; Also, I had a 3-day trip to Salt Spring Island so stay tuned for a blog post on that. I can’t wait to share with you guys my summer adventures and just catching up with all the reviews I have yet to write. 😛 Well, that’s a long intro, so let’s get started shall we?

 rice cakes, cucumbers, red bell peppers + hummus and salsa



garlicky kale salad w/ crispy chickpeas (recipe from Minimalist Baker) | avocado goat cheese sandwich w/ spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers


pear, walnut, goat cheese salad {baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers} | baked sweet potato fries + guacamole // steamed veggies w/ dijon mustard


bell pepper, black bean, spinach quinoa salad | brown rice bowl w/ stir-fried shimeji mushrooms, shredded carrot, tomatoes, avocado, sesame miso dressing on baby spinach


  black bean spaghetti w/ tomato basil sauce on steamed veggies | picnic! (frozen grapes, watermelon, crudites + hummus, walnut banana bread, red pear, coconut water)
 thyme roasted sweet potato salad w/ kale, chard, tomatoes, sweet peppers, avocado, sliced almonds, goat cheese, lemon juice | avocado mango toast w/ chilli flakes, cashews
